Hi there,
I am doing a VM installation for EVE community.
The original .ovf will provisions an EVE VM with this specs:
CPU: 4 CPU(s)
Memory: 8 GB,
Hard disk1: 50 GB | Thick Provision Lazy Zeroed
I'm planning to build a lab with 12 x vEOS. Of course, I need to expand those resources assigned for this lab.
My question here is; how do you size this new VM then?
do you do: 12 x CPUs = 24 CPUs, RAM 4096 x 12 = 49152G
so you create a VM with 12xCPU and RAM: 49,152GB
is this how you would build it?
Please advise
Thanks in advance

Re: How to size up a new VM
for 12 vEOS you need min 24 CPU Physical cores not virtual (it is 48 vCOU)
and 64 GB RAM
vEOS is heavy node
and 64 GB RAM
vEOS is heavy node
