Do specific prometheus collectors exist for EVE-NG?

Hello,
Does EVE-NG Pro 5 (or Community) provide tailored-made collectors for Prometheus?
https://github.com/prometheus/node_exporter

We were thinking to use the generic ones but if you have specific ones thats even better
