CSR1000v interface down/down issue

Hello!
Could any one please tell me, why interface on the CSR1Kv in down/down state?
Router#sh ip int br
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
GigabitEthernet1 1.1.1.1 YES NVRAM down down
GigabitEthernet2 unassigned YES NVRAM down down
GigabitEthernet3 unassigned YES NVRAM administratively down down
GigabitEthernet4 unassigned YES NVRAM administratively down down
I have tried a couple of devices on the other end, linux, iol, etc.

You please give more details:
what is eve version? EVE Pro or community?
What is that CSR version?

absolutely it is CSR image issue..
If to follow our how to and prepare CSR properly such issues you will not observe anymore
for new CSR version 16.x

3.16 etc
just made image from csr1000v-universalk9.03.13.09.S.154-3.S9-ext.iso
all you need is download CSR install ISO and make image using our how to...

I have found the issue.
I have increased RAM size from 2048 to 2304 per node.

csr require 3072M ram dear
