macOS Catalina and EVENG Telnet stopped working.

I have installed EVENG community on my macOS this weekend my os upgraded to macOS Catalina, after which all telnet sessions stopped working. It keeps giving me not able to start telnet process:

I tried following above when i tried copying telnet/FTP files it gives error /usr/bin/telnet is readonly file system after some google figured with Catalina the file system has been changed to read only.

I tried installing firefox, using Secure CRT or iterm to open session but all failed I really need help please.

I am having problem after upgrade to Catalina.
NOTE:

HW/SW:
MBP2013
OS Catalina
VMWare Fusion

PROBLEMS:
1. host eve-ng can ping 8.8.8.8 or gateway
2. node mikrotik, fortigate (any node) can only ping host
can't ping gateway or google

Anyone experience this?
