Modify NAT subent on bare-metal

Hello Eve team,
I am using EVE-NG Pro on a bare-metal server and I would like to change the NAT subnet.
I can't find the instruction in the documentation/cookbook.
I have tried changing the subnet in the /etc/network/interfaces file, upon changing the interface I rebooted the machine, but it doesn't take effect when adding a NAT interface in the lab.
Can you please point me in the right direction?
