As per the link here, once images are added, should see node csr1000vng to select deploy/image.

However, my latest EVE-NG Community doesn't seem to have this option. Can anyone help how can i create custom template for CSR1000V (SD-WAN) Image?
I am running EVE-NG version: 2.0.3-110

you my friend seems didn't know that CSRv1000 NG is
CSRv1000 version 16.x and higher
