Console for qemu images gets stuck

I am running eve-ng as bare server on VMware. When I boot an image and click on HTML console, it gets stuck. I have the same issue with Native telnet console. It happens with multiple images from different vendors

VNC shows "Guest has not initialized the display"

Thank you for the suggestion. I am unable to move past the guestfish run. It get's stuck for hours here.

you must type in guestfish commands manually..

I ran the guestfish command manually as it is in the How to. When I enter the next line of command (run), It gets stuck. it does not show 25% and the rest of the progress.
