Seek help in choosing server

Hello,
I am looking to buy a server to host eve ng. Can you please have a look and help me out on selection. I can bump up on RAM but seek suggestions on CPU.
They suit my budget , hence the selection. I wish to run SDWAN and Juniper vMX and QFX series routers which doesn't work so well in my i7 desktop.
