Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

I can not install an image in a device here are the messages that I show

Connection error

The remote desktop server is currently unreachable. If the problem persists, please notify your system administrator, or check your system logs.


You do not have permission to access this connection. If you require access, please ask your system administrator to add you the list of allowed users, or check your system settings.

It is not EVE related error, but looks like you have installed EvE wrong way as non root
