Whenever i try to launch VNC after starting the image, i get "failed to connect to server"
What's going wrong?

Got it figured out myself ... it was my Google cloud firewall that was blocking the connection, as by default only ICMP and SSH is allowed as incoming.

After allowing a port range that these VNC connections use, i was able to get this going!
