Web Interface Crash on Initial Login

Pro Licence 4.0.1-56
ESXI 7.0 64GB RAM
Initial installation and operation was fine however when the VM starts the web interface is available and using the default login (not changed) does not work. after a few seconds the web interface then crashes and the login page is no longer available. I can still SSH into the box and have followed all of the help command on the FAQ's.
Restarting the VM always gives the same repeatable scenario. (web interface initially available, try to login the web interface crashes)

I initially had community version nstalled and did not have this issue. I did a clean install and not an upgrade.
