I updated the OS, rebooted and tried the wget command again. No luck

WOW! I figured it out.
Doesn't work...
wget -o - https://eve-ng.net/focal/install-eve.sh | bash -i
Works....
wget -O - https://eve-ng.net/focal/install-eve.sh | bash -i
