I already searched the forum if the question was already asked, but couldn't find the answer

I've upgraded to EVE-NG Pro 5, but I see notifications of updates which can be downloaded and installed. Is this recommended?
Don't want to break my virtual machine of course.

I know it's not recommended to do a release upgrade, but updates should be fine right?
