unl_wrapper -a fixpermissions breaks eve-ng

Installed EVE-NG Professional and was using community.
I got it all moved over just fine, but now when I run /opt/unet/wrappers/unl_wrapper -a fixpermissions, it break the box pretty good. Can not start any images. Further digging I found that it jacked up many permissions. I am sure it messed something up needed. Here is an example of the permissions after wrapper.
