While running the isrv-17.03.02/virtioa.qcow2 image, I get an error:

Changing the qemu version, as advised here https://www.reddit.com/r/Cisco/comments ... veng_help/, did not help.

Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Please check forum before you ask,
this is know non harming output on the ISRv, Cat800v, or CSR1000v
No issues, simply use

I would be very happy to use it, but after this error, my image stops loading

Not at all
cafe error is harmless, and your report, sorry but is wrong...
node is not stopping
