No Inet For Lab

Have spent the last day trying to get my Eve lab out to the internet and no luck. Tried with a Palo and an IOL router using L3 interfaces.
The physical lab subnet is 10.1.21.0/24 with the gateway being 21.1. I have put 21.10 on an interface inside my Eve lab and connected it to cloud0 mgmt. I cannot ping my gateway or get an ARP entry for it.
Per the lab manager:
"EVE-NG is installed as a bare metal server on a UCS Blade. There are two nics that are provisioned to the blade with a trunk configuration and VLAN 1221 is native on trunk. The management interface is accessible on VLAN 1221, but bridged traffic doesn’t seem to be passing on the same VLAN."
