EVE is unable to start, stuck at the logo screen.

Hi team,
I am trying to install the newest version of EVE. I did carefully as the video guide for both iso and ova image but the VM couldn't come up after the installation. It's alway stuck at the logo screen like the enclosed picture. Looking forward to your assistance.

Some additional info:
PC processor version: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6200U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.40GHz
PC RAM memory: 12GB
EVE-NG version: 2.0.3-86. Platform: vmware workstation
EVE-NG config: 4 processors, 1 core per processor, VT-EPT, Hard disk (SCSI) 100GB, memory 6GB

Known issue regarding your NTP time zone, you can hit esc and see what happems during boot.
Usually it is question of 10 mins here..
After once this process passed boot must be normal..
