Installing eve on Azure windows server 2016 VM

Is it possible to Install eve on Azure windows server 2016 VM ? if i can please help me how because the VMware is not compatible with VM Hyper V ...i tried to make Vm in windows server Hyper-V and i installed EVE iso image but i wonder if its possible to work !!! or i'll not face any problems in future!!! sorry fo bad English
