promiscuous mode for qmeu device

Hi Guys,
I am trying to run the Dell OS10 virtual machine to lab up some Dell OS10 switches, however I suspect I am having issues with promiscuous mode not allowing the switch to receive traffic for MAC addresses it does not own
Is there anyway to enable promiscuous mode by default?
