Hi All,

I have a problem with vios l2 images.

I create a vlan then assign it to a port. Save the config and reboot.
After reboot vlan is not assigned to the port.

I noticed some errors during initial load of the device:

% Access vlan 3 does not exist

Check how much RAM is given for vIOS, by default it is 768M
after wr all assignments should survive.
At least with image gotten from VIR official release.

I tried with 768 and also with 1024 ...
It`s not working.

In another forum I found:
"configure IOSv L2 HDD option to use virtio instead of IDE."
I don`t know if this can fix the problem. I can`t test it because I don`t know how to change this option in eve-ng.

PS. I also tried with 2048 RAM. It`s not working agina.

Problem is with your image then. EVE ivios image must be converted to virtioa.qcow2

with virtioa.qcow2 it`s working fine
