why CRT occur disconnection ?

hello,friend, while i connect the remote pc with secureCRT, if i do not operate in 3-5 minutes, the session will disconnect automatically,
but ,when i connect the remote pc with Xshell, if i do not operate always, the session will connect alway
why ?
someone tells that i need modify the timeout parameter, how can i modify ?
