Hi,

There is a new L2IOU image available - "i86bi_LinuxL2-AdvEnterpriseK9-M_152_May_2018.bin"

I am running this from a AMD Ryzen CPU and eve community edition.

But getting this nasty error - %AMDP2_FE-6-EXCESSCOLL: Ethernet0/1 TDR=0, TRC=0

Tried "duplex full" in interface mode. Does not work - the error is still there.

And I don't want to use this solution by filtering logs -

logging discriminator EXCESS severity drops 6 msg-body drops EXCESSCOLL
logging buffered 50000
logging console discriminator EXCESS


In GNS3 the image runs perfectly. We don't need to do anything.

Surely some setting in EVE-NG Community needs to change.

Are the devs gonna help us who runs the free community version?

EVE pro no such issues with that image.

I do not ask for what happens with eve pro.

The trick is that when you start node in EVE, it create tmp lab folder and node folder where is IOL NVRAM.
The new cisco IOL need persistance of original image .bin beside the NVRAM.
In EVE -PRO eve automatically creating symlink to original .bin image location and therefore this excess coll does not appears..

see image .bin file is beside NVRAM
and excesscoll will go..
