vMotion Broke License

vMotion Broke License

Hello,

Hardware : UCSB-B200-M5, Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 5120 CPU @ 2.20GHz, 128GB
EVE-NG Running on - Inside ESXI (v6.7)
VT-X - Enabled

We have EVE running on a UCS blade with in a UCS chasis running with vCenter and ESXI 6.7. Unbeknownst someone vMotion'd the EVE VM onto another blade and after the VM was restarted the licence was no longer active.
Is there any fix for this? I have the original license request and response.

Seems you have missed this info about EVE recovery or re-installation:

When you submitted order, you had accepted EVE License EULA agreement as well.

License invalid can be for reasons:
1. You are loading license where you didn’t generate it’s license request. Literally you trying load license in different VM or EVE.
2. You had deleted EVE VM and deployed new OVA
3. You had changed CPU settings on EVE VM
4. You had upgrade ESXi version.
5. You had used Vm ware vMotion

License can be used only on EVE where you generated license request. !!!!
