I have installed the EVE on the Esxi. When i connect it ,i should be to connect the firewall in my company first ,then when i want to grab data messages in topology.The Wireshark will be wrong,i can't grap any messages.How can I solve the problem?

show us more detailed about your network in diagram, as long as your wireshark in same network you should able to grab the content.

by saying above in normal situation, if your setup is complicated we need to know more details to help you

Thank you for your answer. My network environment is like this:

My Exsi is installed in the ITC machine room, direct connection exchange and then a huawei firewall. I connect to the firewall via an SSL VPN and access the EVE server.

My fireproof wall only opens a few ports that need to communicate, do not know whether this causes?

if you are using admin user, then ports for any capture or telnet must be opened on your FW:
32768-32896 TCP ports. in case if the POD 0 is used for admin user.

I have already opened the default policy on my firewall, but I can't catch the packet. The CMD window shows Access denied. Please tell me how to deal with this problem.
