"Please Wait - Loading Lab"

Noob question - trying to create 1st lab. I gave it a name and tried to fire it up - the screen simply says "Please Wait - Loading Lab".

I've tried restarting the VM, but when I do that and then try going to the webserver URL, it takes me directly to the same page (the url is /legacy).

This is VM Workstation. I've assigned 20Gb Ram to the EVE VM, and 4 CPUs. I can login to the console without issue.

thanks!

very rare mistake.
I recommend reinstall EVE VM.
Please get the newest EVE OVA from our site.

Hi Uldis

I removed the VM / vmdk, rebooted and reinstalled from scratch. Even did apt-get update/upgrade (and went to latest .70 release)

Still the same problem exists. As soon as I click save to create new lab, it just sits there with the circle spninning "please wait loading lab"

What troubleshooting steps do I follow?

thanks

Sorry to bump this - I'd really like to put a lab together in order to test some stuff out this weekend. Could anyone shed any light on this?

Ok I've fixed this - embarrassingly basic...

I used Firefox instead of IE. (IE version I was using that wasn't working for me was 11.483.15063.0)

IE mate is totally not recommended for EVE.
Best is FF or chrome
