Hi,

The N9Kv doesnt seem to work. After the start of the node nothing happens. Also the GUI says that the node is started but i am not able to access it and the icon is still grey.
Time to time the start button turns the icon of the device blue but in one second it turns back to grey

Ive found the following logs:

File output start

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Many thanks

it works but many factors can be issue for you:
1. be sure if your PC and EVE vm have sufficient source to run such node. Min requirements to run NX9K for PC is:
i7 CPU and 8G RAM, EVE VM itself must have not less than 4/1 CPU and 6Gb RAM assigned.
2, Check if your antivirus is not inspecting VM ware running nodes. In the antivirus program is option which check virtualization, For example in the AVAST its under Settings/Troubleshoot/Virtualization inspection. This must be unchecked/disabled.
3. Use our how to prepare image from original file gotten from vendor only, No one will answer you, why it does not work, if your images is taken from internet.
4. Intel VT-X/EPT must be enabled on your CPU, this is mandatory
