I am using the latest version EVE and I can add node iol normally but cannot console to IOL after that.
Here's the snapshot My server is in service and my other images can all work properly.

Could you please give me any advise?

I can not think any of the solution. best bet is follow some of the steps see if you can fix the issue.

After upgraded have you rebooted the EVE-NG ?
do you have any antivirus or FW running in your PC.

Are you sure the device started ?

show us the topology and check any abnormal logs in the EVe-NG logs

reboot EVE and try incognito browser in chrome...
Probably browser issue only
