disk I/O error with asa 9.1.5

Hi not sure if anyone else has had this issue but I am trying to run asa 9.1.5 that support context, but anytime I do any type of filesystem access to setup asdm, i get I/O errors. I have tried this on two separate eve deployments on 2 different computers so I do not think it is a disk issue with the VM. Is this an issue with the asa 9.1.5 image. i have run fsckin the image and that does not make a difference. when I try and connect to the http services and download ASDM i get this error as well, any ideas?
