Mikrotik RouterOS Interface Type

Hello guys,
i'm a new eve's user.
I will hope your help in my problem.
I try to search in the community and online eve ng cookbook,but i didn't find the solution. I had mikrotik lab with RouterOS 6.48.3. When i create one image of Routeros is possible create separate interface type?
I can only create ethernet interface o gigabyte interface only.....i want obtain a simil real enviroment.. for example :
1 router mikrotik with:
12 ethernet interface
4 sfp+ interface
i have see that i can modify only the name but no the type.
