SSH Bare Metal Install - Remote Server?

I am a long time GNS3 server who is looking to move to EVE. I have a remote server with a provider that I will be using. I have looked at the instructions in the cookbook and whilst I could install via KVM, I have to book the KVM and only have for a certain period of time. Is there a way I can do a SSH install only?
