Can't create user web access eve-ng community version

Hi everyone
I have problem when i create web access user.
I can create 1 user except admin. after that can't create user.
I am not sure how many maximum web access user on eve-ng community version ?
who know please tell me.

All simple screwed EVE
but if is on newley installed, eve, then you simply didnt complete install

In the community version of EVE-NG, the maximum number of web access users is limited to 5. This means that you can create up to five users in addition to the admin user. Once you have reached this limit, you won't be able to create additional web access users.

EVE Community limit is 2x admin useers only, thats it

2 admins only on EVE Community
