Recomendations for CPU & RAM for EVE-NG-Pro

Hello,
I'm looking for recommendations for HW to run EVE-NG Pro for two network engineers. I need to spec a high end workstation as anything considered a server has to go in a shared data center. The most complex network I need to simulate consists of CML Virtual images, roughly 25 layer2/3 images. 4 CSR routers, 3 FTDs and 1 FMC. Most likely will have to run on VMware Workstation on Windows. I'd appreciate some guidance on CPU and # cores. That and RAM.
