ASA 9.1 QEMU CPU usage CRAZY high?!

I have EVE installed as a VM under ESXi 6.0.

I am using ASA 9.15 with QEMU and even when i check CPU LIMIT my host machines CPU *sky rockets*. Any suggestions to bring down this utilization?

we do not know what is your hardware resource, so explain more about your setup.
