Failed to start node (12)

Hi!
I've installed eve-ng community version on a workstation with below specs
-OS windows server 2012 R2 standard
-Processor intel core i7
-RAM 32GB
the installation was successful,uploaded IOL images , but I keep receiving below error whenever I try to start any node
Failed to start node (12)
any hint?, kindly advise..

not fixed permissions after images upload
/opt/unetlab/wrappers/unl_wrapper -a fixpermissions

Thanks for the reply.
the thing is that I am practicing for the ccie lab and the dynamips images does not support many of the cli commands required.hence, I am installing the iol files which can support most of the commands such below image:
L3-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M-15.4-2T.bin
Then I am uploading such images to this directory
/opt/unetlab/addons/iol/bin
and then the node fails to start message appear
Failed to start node (12)
when I upload the same to /opt/unetlab/addons/dynamips
it does not show at all in the image list when I try to create a new node.
Kindly advise me if there is a better way to practice or if I am missing anything to make it work.

root@eve-ng:~# cd/opt/unetlab/wrappers/unl_wrapper -a fixpermissions
-bash: cd/opt/unetlab/wrappers/unl_wrapper: No such file or directory

when I start my laptop today I get the same error and Im using Primo RamDisk 5.50, the latest version. I tried uninstalling and installing the program and it doesnt work. What do I need to do now?

You have cd in from of the /opt/unetlab/wrappers/unl_wrapper -a fixpermissions command. Your CLI should look like this:
root@eve-ng:~# /opt/unetlab/wrappers/unl_wrapper -a fixpermissions
