Since Juniper Devices take relatively long to boot up completely, this Feature is a must have

				i did the test and in release v2.0.2-26 i was able to connect the devices while they are running, verified with IOL but i was not able to ping between the connected devices until the devices was reloaded.
and beteen releases v2.0.2-26  and v2.0.3-53 that was changed and the ability to connect devices is removed.

				Of course, it was removed...
We had too much complaint about link not working... 
The best approach for us were to stop ability to create link that doesn't work..
