Hello,
I would like to know is there a way to install Alpine linux in eve. I want to install it as Alpine linux is a very light-weight distro and it is very suitable to use as host node. VPCS is light-weight as well but is has been known as has some error such as DHCP process and it has no telnet function.
Appreciate for any advice!!

Re: How to install Alpine linux in EVE
After I created new HDD virtioa.qcow2 with the below command, I cannot see the node in Add a new node windows. Please see the details steps as belowL

Because the Alpine is very lightweight so I just assign it 2Gb of disk.

When I use the image that recommend by EVE here https://mega.nz/#F!y5YCwZCA!42_S__9wwPVO0zHIfC4xow I can see the node available in Add a new node windows, for example Tinycore Linux.
Can anyone advise my case ?

Re: How to install Alpine linux in EVE
Hello,
I have failed because I don't follow the qemu image folder rule http://www.eve-ng.net/documentation/images-table.
I have re-tried with the folder name format /opt/unetlab/addons/qemu/linux-alpine-3.8.1/ it works well.
Hope it helps someone who has been experiencing the same issue like me.
