Is this possible with Eve-ng

Hello. I am new here and also new with Eve-NG and just wanted to see if this something that is possible with Eve-NG.
I want to host my own lab in the cloud(google cloud or azure) does not matter. My lab will consists of some Mikrotiks. I want these Mikrotiks to be accessible(via SSH or winbox or API) without going through VPN? Unfortunately going through a VPN is not a possibility for me.

I am new to networking in general so I know that I can host my lab in google cloud and azure. What I am not sure is how to access my lab equipment without VPN.
