Find out the full qemu cli line

Hi there,
I am currently running some router images in eve-ng.
When the routers are up and running, i would like to know full qemu command line that is used for running that VM. I may have situation where not all the qemu options may be passed along for the some of the virtual router types and would like to see which ones are getting passed and which ones aren't.

Is it possible to view full CLI of a running VM please, i.e. the whole thing with all network interfaces etc.

How would I go about seeing the full CLI.

When I do htop I can only see partially the CLI of running VMs.
