ISE Install Issues

AMD Ryzen 9 5950x (16cores/32threads) 32GB RAm 1TB HDD, 1 Ethernet Interface cabled to Router
Eve-ng-Pro running on VMWorkstation 16 (Windows 10)
VTX enabled

I downloaded the ISE iso (ise-2.7.0.356.SPA.x86_64) from Cisco and followed the How To to step 6. When I started the ISE node the following was returned:

Welcome to the Cisco Identity Services Engine INstaller
Cisco ISE Version 2.7.0.356

Available Boot Options:
[1} Cisco ISE installation (keyboard/Monitor)
{2] Cisco ISE installation (Serial Console)
[3] System Utilities (Keyboard/Monitor)
[4] System Utilities (serial Console)
<Enter> Boot Existing OS from Hard Disk

Enter boot option and press <Enter>

Boot:


I have attempted to Boot existing OS from hard disk with no luck.

I have deleted entries and started from scratch and still can't get past step 6.
