Problem during EVE ng pro installation on my pc?

Hello everyone i have a strange problem and alithough i googled so much still didn't found any solution.
So please if anyone can help me i would appreciate it very much cause i cannot continue with my studys and practicing
This is the message i get always nomatter what ia do :

Error while converting to a virtual machine: Failed to read from file: C:\Users\tolis\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$DIa19564.17395\EVE-PRO-0.vmdk.

Before eve ng i used GNS and i completely removed GNS from cashe and memory also so i don't understand if this problem relates with EVE NG PRO installation..

why you try convert EVE itself on windows !?!
mate here no one will help you until you will not install eve normally...
