Cannot assign Management IP address to Eve | no ip address on interface eth0

So I have been stuck on this issue for a few days and I have pretty much done everything to resolve it but to no avail. My Problem could have a simple solution but I have failed to figure it out yet. I just cannot assign a Management IP to EVE, I keep getting no ip address on interface eth0
I have workstation player installed on a Dell Poweredge 710. I have also changed base OS version from windows server 2016 to windows 10 but I still keep getting the same response. I have also tried different connection types: Host-only, NAT, Bridged but still stuck.

I have 4 NICs installed on the server with 3 of them disabled, all of them broadcom netxtreme gigabit ethernet. Please help if anyone has ran into this problem cause I am sore now.

I seriously advice install esxi on your server, not windows and then use eve as standalone VM
