Unable to boot from ISO burned to USB

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Hi all

As per subject, I'm trying to do a fresh bare metal install of Eve-NG but whatever I burn the ISO to USB with results in a non bootable USB.

I've tried Balena and unetbootin.

Sorry, this is probably a daft question, but anyone any ideas why I can't get this to work? :)

DONT use balena ! it is usless
Use normal USB creation tools like rufus
