Win 10 install not launching

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Win 10 install not launching

When i start my Windows 10 nodes they turn blue and nothing else. I believe i have done everything correctly any specific settings that would cause this?
