Failed to start node. - Qemu e Windows not start

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Hello ,

I am having trouble running the Qemu and Windows7 images, after they start they do not connect.
I created the license and applied the permissions and still do not work.

What could be missing?

Attached is my settings and the unl_wrapper log

it shows your KVM not ok, what is your hardware config, and have you enabled vt-x this is basic steps for EVE-Ng to work.
