I followed the commands below and rebooted some where along it seems the upgrade failed and now I get the attached screen when vm rebooted. Please help!!
Stop all nodes/labs
apt autoremove (answer Y)
apt-get update
apt-get install eve-ng
apt-get dist-upgrade
reboot ( if previous version < V84 )
eve-ng upgrade to v 2.0.3-86 failed

Maybe somehow will be possible reanimate it..
But to be honest, you didn't do upgrade fully..and that why on reboot it failed now..
