About idle-pc, Is this feature only in the ios Cisco or also in qemu?
And if so, how can this value be modified in qemu?

idle-pc is used only on dynamips....
PC have to emulate mips architecture and idle-pc is needed.
Qemu is used to simulate x86 architeture where no idle-pc exists at all...
So briefly, no !
