Help Required in order to run CSR1000V

Hey Guys,
I have recently installed Eve-net on a dedicated server on Vmware player. I have the required IOS installed in to the eve-net and also I have fix the permissions part, however I am still unable to open the putty session. Its gives me no error but when i try to open the console session it never opens the putty session.

Kindly any one can help me on this, I am unable to find any good video on youtube in order to see the correct my steps if I am making any error.

I am using below CSR1000v image.

csr1000v-universalk9.03.17.04.S.156-1.S4-std.SPA.bin

Thanks UD for the reply. I have followed all the steps and the Router icon turns blue, however it never opens the putty session? Can you please help me in troubleshooting this issue.
