Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

to run any Qemu node, win nodes is Qemu, You must be sure that your VE has Intel VT-X/EPT enabled on CPU.
To check it run eve CLI and issue command:
kvm-ok
It ill show you is your EVE is capabale to run win.
Other steps are given in:

WINDOWS host is using only VNC or RDP console, NOT telnet

I forgot enable Intel VT-X/EPT, but now it works very ok.
